• Turn Bluetooth on on your phone.
• On Android, location must also be on — Android requires that to scan for Bluetooth devices.
• Turn the hardware on and into pairing mode.
• Close the app and scan again.
• Was the device previously paired with another phone? Reset the hardware first.

Android requires location permission to find nearby Bluetooth devices. AccuraTimer Control uses that only for Bluetooth discovery — we don’t track, store or send your location. See the privacy statement.

• Keep the phone within about 10 metres of the gates.
• Avoid spots with very heavy Wi-Fi traffic.
• Turn off battery saving if it limits Bluetooth.
• Update the app and the gates to the latest version.

Open a session in the app, tap export in the top right, and choose CSV or JSON. The file goes to Downloads or through your phone’s share sheet.

Connect the hardware, go to Settings in the app and choose the update option. The app checks for a new version and walks you through the install.

Runs you save while signed in are synced to your account. That history stays on the website and comes back after you log in again. Sessions that only live on the phone (no account or no sync) disappear when you delete the app — export those first.

You turn live on in the dashboard. Then there’s a public link for a second phone, tablet or hall screen. Times come from the timer app; the board shows who’s up, laps, reaction and the best of the evening. Works solo and with a club.

No. Create an account in the app or on the website — it’s the same — and time for yourself. If you later want to work with coaches and athletes, start a club in the dashboard and share a code or QR. Guests can join a session without an account.
